AUGH!! That's a heart-wrenching picture right there. I don't even know what to say anymore...
I hope when RoadHome finally comes through it doesn't disappoint. I've run into a lot of people over here who prayed for a MHAP grant - and technically got one - only to find out that once insurance, SBA, and the mortgage companies were done with the money there wasn't a whole lot left for them.
Pray for realistic value & damage estimates!
