This occurred on the corner of Main St. and St. George Blv St. George UT and wearing green military underwear (tea Shirt) and the drill sergeant demeanor, with an Army recruiting center at 435 N 1680 E #7, St. George, less than 1.8 miles away. That is the best I can do.
