Thanks to our Veterans

I buried my brother - a Navy Veteran - this January.  He is now "staying" at the Southeastern Louisiana Veterans' cemetery, a few miles from my house.  Throughout the process of putting him to rest, I learned that there is a huge number of people who have the utmost respect for our Veterans. 

Thank you all for your service and thank you to the families.

Carmen Yulín Cruz Soto (born February 25, 1963) is an American politician who is the current mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Cruz is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD). She served as a member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives from 2009 to 2013 and as mayor since 2013.
