Full of spunk, intelligence, empathy and faith, Antoinette Tuff saved an unknown number of lives by talking with a would-be shooter at an elementary

Scuzzbucket Bonanza Week
Is it the moon or is it just these offensively greedy politicians that every day make us wonder how horrific our "leaders" have become.
Steve Lonegan from New Jersey. He really cares for his constituents. Because no one is messing with HIS health care benefits.
He is a bad person. I say this because I want to keep this post free on the swear words I usually use.
I know it's just wikipedia, but check out his racist record here.
He is evil, self-serving

Idiots among us
A few years ago I took a ride through eastern St. Tammany Parish and came across this church on Indian Village Road in Slidell
As of August 15th, 2013 it was determined that some lower than scum in the ditches, probably bored rich kids, torched this historic church.
The Slidell Light of the World Church was built in 1886, according to Slidell Chief of Fire Prevention Chad Duffaut.
And all I can say to the arsonists is I hope they catch your asses. You suck.

Scuzzbuckets of the Week
From Americans against the Tea Party website, this piece let's us in on the scary people out there trying to "change 'Merica".

The “missing link” in human evolution, Mike Huckabee and violent, racist, pants-pooping draft-dodger Ted Nugent joked that it might be fun to turn Nugent’s hunting dog loose on the Democrats in Washington.
Nugent bragged about his dog Gonzo, saying, “We literally hunt anywhere between 250 and 300 days a year. And you think Gonzo is good on ducks, you should see him on squirrels and doves and rabbits and woodcock and grouse. He really is a mystical, wonderful hunting dog.”
Huckabee replied “Well, maybe we ought to turn him loose on some Democrats and see if he can hunt them too!”
Nugent agreed, saying, “Well, there’s a lot of varmints out there. I think he would do good pointing to varmints and then we could vote them out of office. What do you say?”
“I’m all about it!” said Huckabee.
Hmm. Turning dogs on liberals…where have we seen that before?
Here's the audio

Just to let everyone know: I DO NOT post the Linkedin posts. They are somehow automatically posted here via Linked in and I wish I could figure out how to stop this.

Windows Wednesday (on Friday)
Being retired means not knowing what day of the week it is sometimes. That's what happened to me this week, but I DID remember to post my Windows Wednesday in the same week!
This picture has a myriad of windows, both old and new architectural styles. Featured on 610 Poydras Street is Bistreaux at the Bank, a creole inspired restaurant in an old Whitney Bank, with all of the over the top marble columns and floors.
Here are a few pictures my daughter - The Tiny Chef - shot. She works here part-time on weekends.

Scuzzbuckets of the Week
Texas State Representative Patricia Harless and husband Sam Harless are the owners of Fred Fincher Motors in Houston.
One of their employees is suing them because Sam Harless provided other employees with a Taser — and then filmed them sneaking up behind Jones and zapping him with the device at various times over nine months.
The lawsuit goes on to accuse the couple, as well as other employees, with assault and battery and “failure to provide a safe workplace.”
Sam Harless is interested in running for a Senate seat in Texas and I'm wondering if this is sour grapes or did it really happen? Until I hear different, Sam Harless and those moron employees who tased this man are Scuzzbuckets. But this video makes me think that Sam Harless and his employess are sick, sick people.
