where was nungesser while his republican buddy gw bush was soooooo slow to respond to the aftermath of katrina. oh there wasnt much money or clout to be gained from going against his own party was there? he is a (puppet) for the republican party.
If you did your homework, anon, you would know that Mr. Nungesser was not Plaquemines Parish president until 2007. Keep politics out of this you moron.
