Chefs Brigade New Orleans

Many New Orleans Chefs have banded together to feed first responders, people on the front of the Covid-19 front line and others for free. Here are a few videos outlining what/how they are doing it.

For more background to Chefs Brigade and how they do what they do, visit this link https://www.nola.com/news/coronavirus/article_2c65c67c-6c7d-11ea-a896-af0654dadf6a.html

If you can donate even $1 towards their cause, it would be a great, here's the link:

Chef Isaac Toups
In another part of town, Chef Isaac Toups (my daughter's boss)  is preparing and serving family meals to approximately 300 unemployed/furloughed restaurant industry employees a day at Toups'Meatery.  They started out just using what they had on hand at the beginning of Covid-19, but now have different companies donating things like produce, wine, beer and the like.
