Thanks to our Veterans

I buried my brother - a Navy Veteran - this January.  He is now "staying" at the Southeastern Louisiana Veterans' cemetery, a few miles from my house.  Throughout the process of putting him to rest, I learned that there is a huge number of people who have the utmost respect for our Veterans. 

Thank you all for your service and thank you to the families. 

At exactly 11:11 a.m. every Veteran’s Day (Nov. 11), the sun aligns perfectly with the Anthem Veteran’s Memorial in Arizona to shine through the ellipses of the five marble pillars representing each branch of the Armed Forces, illuminating The Great Seal of the United States
